Fixed price quote

Clear scope, clear inclusions, and transparent allowances. We price properly upfront so you can plan with confidence.

Step 5

Build

Trade coordination, quality control, and regular updates. We focus on details and clean tie-ins so the finished result feels intentional.

Step 6

Handover + warranty

Final inspections, certification, and handover. 12-month defects warranty and 6.5-year structural warranty.
